Whats the role
As Head of Product for Business Transaction Banking youll lead the strategic direction design and delivery of our cash and transactional banking products for Business & Wealth customers. Youll oversee a high-performing product team ensuring our offerings are competitive compliant and aligned with customer needs and regulatory expectations. This is a key leadership role where youll influence business outcomes manage risk and drive innovation across the product lifecycle.
What do I need
To succeed in this role youll bring:
- Proven experience in product leadership within business banking especially cash and transactional products.
- Strong understanding of cash management and transactional banking products.
- Ability to navigate complex regulatory environments and manage risk effectively.
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams and large-scale initiatives.
- Strategic mindset with a focus on customer outcomes operational excellence and commercial performance.
