The Opportunity:
As a Project Support Officer at KBR you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of complex high profile Defence projects through high-level administrative and operational assistance. You will work alongside multidisciplinary project teams and key stakeholders ensuring the seamless execution of project activities in accordance with Defence standards frameworks and tight timelines.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will span scheduling coordination stakeholder liaison and documentation supportrequiring a proactive detail-focused approach. Your minute-taking will need to be precise professional and efficient as youll be responsible for capturing key actions and decisions across high-level project and stakeholder meetings and discussions. Additionally proficiency with Objective is essential as you will be required to manage and maintain documentation and records in compliance with Defence document control protocols.
Defence experience is a must and your understanding of Defence environments procedures and stakeholder expectations will ensure your success in this role. Youll be instrumental in supporting compliance tracking project progress and ensuring smooth communication flows across teams and partners.
