Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell Gypsum boards and allied building materials to dealers distributors contractors builders architects and interior designers.
- Generate leads and convert them into profitable business opportunities.
- Conduct regular field visits site inspections and product demonstrations.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities and report insights to management.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing delivery and after-sales service.
- Maintain accurate sales records reports and customer data.
Requirements

- Proven sales experience in building materials gypsum boards POP drywall systems or construction products.
- Strong field sales and relationship management skills.
- Good knowledge of the local market and dealer/distributor networks.
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
- Self-motivated target-driven and willing to travel extensively.
- Must have a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools preferred.
