What is The Role
The Payroll Analyst EMEA will be an integral member of the EMEA Payroll Team directly supporting the Payroll Manager. This role will work closely with a variety of internal teams to support benefits human resources stock and sales commissions processing for the EMEA region.
What You Will Be Doing
- Multi-country payroll processing for EMEA
- Checking EMEA payroll input & output files
- Working with Elastic internal teams (HR Commissions Benefits Legal Stock)
- Setting up bank payments (net salaries tax social security pension)
- Addressing Employee Payroll Questions (Via Ticketing system)
- Tax/year end administration
- Audit and reconciliation
- Records maintenance and other administrative duties
- Working directly with regional payroll providers
What You Bring
- Minimum of 3 years of solid EMEA payroll processing experience with demonstrated skill set.
- Self-motivated by opportunities to gain and expand knowledge
- A keen understanding of payroll tax and benefits administration
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to balance and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to provide outstanding customer service to local and virtual employees
