Job Description
CASH-WA DIRECT STORE MANAGER
Position Summary
Oversee the day-to-day store operations while also managing the planning forecasting & budgeting with an objective of increasing the bottom line. This position will spend quality time in the store covering staff and/or working with staff on duties as needed but primary focus will be on activities to improve traffic flow and profitability.

Education & Experience
- High school education or equivalency required; additional education preferred
- One year of leadership experience preferred
- One year of experience in retail preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with a wide array of personalities
- Be self-motivated and results oriented
- Basic computer skills are a must with Excel experience preferred; and the ability to learn new systems
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to sit for long periods of time (approximately 30% of the day) performing administration duties
- Must be able to perform a variety of physical activities (stand / walk / bend / squat / stoop / kneel) on a regular basis when performing store duties or visiting community businesses.
