Whats the role
As Head of Pricing youll lead the strategic direction and execution of pricing across our Business Transaction Banking portfolio. Youll oversee a high-performing analytical team our Pricing Village ensuring pricing strategies are aligned with customer needs commercial outcomes and regulatory expectations. This role is pivotal in shaping how we deliver value to our Business Banking customers with a strong focus on governance performance and innovation. Youll work closely with senior leaders to influence decisions that drive sustainable growth and operational excellence.
What do I need
To find success in this role youll need:
- Proven ability to develop and implement pricing strategies that balance customer value risk and commercial performance
- Strong understanding of business banking especially cash and transactional products.
- Exceptional leadership skills having run Pricing teams and with experience managing complex stakeholder environments
- Deep understanding of financial services regulatory frameworks and risk management principles
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data in complex pricing models and translate insights into strategic action
- Excellent communication and influencing skills with the confidence to engage at executive and board levels
