Whats the role

As Head of Customer Acquisition & Engagement youll lead the strategy and execution behind how businesses discover choose and activate Westpacs transaction banking solutions. From generating demand to delivering seamless onboarding experiences youll oversee the Acquisition & Activation village driving meaningful outcomes for our Business & Wealth customers. This is a critical leadership role in a period of growth where innovation meets accountability and where your decisions shape how we grow and serve our customers with excellence.

What do I need

To find success in this role youll need:

  • Innovative and strategic thinking in Marketing Channel Strategy or Optimisation.
  • A strong customer-first mindset balancing the right outcomes for growth and the customer experience.
  • Proven experience influencing and exciting sales teams to achieve growth as well as leading cross-functional teams and complex initiatives.
  • Ability to navigate governance risk and regulatory frameworks with confidence.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • A data-driven approach to decision-making and performance management.
