Ship code to production and improve the experience of millions of Zendesk users!
Design and implement components of Zendesks Edge architecture.
Implement changes at the platform level increasing the efficiency of multiple teams.
Develop solutions protecting our systems from abuse and misuse.
Work across organizational boundaries to integrate services focusing on releasing quality code and observability.
Collaborate with development teams to investigate sophisticated performance and reliability issues spanning large distributed systems.
Required:
Experience building backend systems and their interfaces.
Proven experience with Go or other high-level programming languages.
Experience working with Docker and Kubernetes or other containerization solutions.
Preferred:
Experience with observability tooling for distributed systems.
Experience working with Nginx Envoy or other proxy technologies.
Experience with Jenkins Spinnaker or other CICD technologies.
Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms.

The Poland annualized base salary range for this position is z164000.00-z246000.00. Please note that while the salary range represents the minimum and maximum base salary rate for this position the actual compensation offered will be based on job related capabilities applicable experience and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for bonus benefits or related incentives that will be communicated during the offer stage.Hybrid: In this role our hybrid experience is designed at the team level to give you a rich onsite experience packed with connection collaboration learning and celebration - while also giving you flexibility to work remotely for part of the week. This role must attend our local office for part of the week. The specific in-office schedule is to be determined by the hiring manager.
