We are expanding and looking to add a full-time Employee Benefits Producer to our Baltimore team. This is a high-impact sales opportunity within a growing division where 45% of new business comes directly from bank referrals. Youll walk into a manageable book of business and be expected to grow it in a resource-rich client-focused environment.

Title: Employee Benefits Sales Executive
Location: Fully On-Site Baltimore MD
Reports To: Regional Director of Benefits
Start Date: August 2025
Type: Full-time Permanent
Responsibilities:
Manage and grow an existing book of group benefits business
Leverage internal banking referrals to drive new sales
Build strong client relationships through a consultative sales approach
Collaborate with internal teams including marketing and service support
Focus on small to middle market group clients (targeting 50 lives)
3 years of employee benefits sales experience
Active Life & Health license
Experience with Applied Epic preferred (working toward Navigator license)
Proven success growing and retaining a book of group benefits business
High EQ consultative sales skills and strong communication
Background in larger firms preferred
First-Year Compensation: $100000$150000 (based on experience and sales history)
Incentive Structure:(negotiable)
