As a Leadership Development Associate you will play a key role in identifying nurturing and supporting emerging leaders within the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop programs provide mentorship and implement strategies that enhance leadership capabilities and contribute to overall business growth.
Assist in designing and implementing leadership training programs
Monitor progress and provide feedback to leadership trainees
Support team-building initiatives and professional development efforts
Analyze leadership performance data and suggest improvements
Collaborate with department heads to align development goals with business objectives
Facilitate workshops presentations and coaching sessions
Promote a culture of continuous learning and leadership accountability
Bachelors degree in Business Human Resources Organizational Development or related field
12 years of experience in training coaching or team leadership preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to motivate and inspire individuals and teams
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office and presentation tools
Adaptable and proactive in fast-paced environments
