Subcontractor Opportunity: Janitorial/Floor Cleaning Vendor Needed (Barstow CA)

Morgan & Morgan Properties is seeking a reliable and experienced janitorial/floor cleaning vendor to subcontract cleaning services for an upcoming government contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified small business or vendor with experience in commercial and/or federal facility cleaning.
Scope of Work Includes:
- Carpet cleaning for hallways offices cubicles and entrances
- Deep grout cleaning and sealing of restroom floors
- Mildew/mold-prevention cleaning of break room linoleum
- Follow-up cleaning of high-traffic carpeted areas (doorways and main hallways)
- Estimated area: Approx. 1605 total square feet across 4 facilities
- Work will be performed quarterly MondayFriday between 7am3:30pm
Requirements:
- Must have commercial floor cleaning experience (carpet tile linoleum)
- Ability to pass base access/security clearance
- Own equipment and cleaning products preferred
- Professional references or portfolio of past work
- Willingness to coordinate scheduling at least 14 days in advance
