Operations Manager Commercial Roofing
Location: Jacksonville or Orlando FL
Industry: Commercial Roofing Full-Time Leadership Role
Salary Range: $95000 $125000 base depending on experience

Were working with a well-established and steadily growing commercial roofing contractor with operations in Jacksonville Orlando and across Florida looking to add an experienced Operations Manager to their leadership team.
Theyre not just growing for growths saketheyre doing it with intention. And theyre searching for someone who shares that same mindset: someone who leads with clarity communicates with respect and knows how to get the job done without compromising quality or people.
What Youll Be Doing:
- Overseeing production operations across commercial reroofing new construction and service jobs
- Leading and developing Superintendents Foremen and crews across multiple sites
- Working hand-in-hand with senior leadership to identify and resolve production bottlenecks
- Implementing scalable systems to support continued regional growth
- Supporting service work and repairs (approx. 2530% of total business)
What Were Looking For:
- 715 years of experience in commercial roofing operations
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects production schedules and jobsite logistics
- Familiarity with roofing systems such as TPO Modified Bitumen and metal roofing
- Based in (or open to relocating to) Jacksonville or Orlando
- Strong leadership presenceyoure the kind of person people trust and want to follow
- Calm under pressure clear in communication and motivated by building strong teams
