Job Title: Area Collection Manager – Mortgages
Location: Ludhiana
CTC: Up to 15 LPA
Department: Collections

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Area Collection Manager for our Mortgage (HL/LAP) portfolio. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in mortgage collections and a stable employment history.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and lead the mortgage (Home Loan/LAP) collections portfolio in the assigned region.

Conduct field visits oversee recovery efforts and ensure timely repayments.

Implement and monitor recovery strategies to achieve collection targets.

Liaise with legal teams and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory policies.

Supervise field collection teams and drive performance improvements.

Maintain MIS and reporting for portfolio health and collection efficiency.
Candidate Requirements:
-
Experience: Minimum 5 years in collections with at least current experience in mortgage collections.

Stability: Minimum 3 years of stability in current and previous organizations is mandatory.

Strong knowledge of local market and legal recovery procedures.

Excellent communication negotiation and leadership skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and collection tools.
Preferred Qualifications:

Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline

Prior experience in NBFCs/Housing Finance/Banks preferred
