Job Description
Job Title: Relationship Manager – Mortgages
Location: Chikkamagaluru Karnataka
CTC: Up to 5 LPA
Industry: Banking / Financial Services
Experience: 2–5 years in Mortgage/Home Loan/LAP Sales
Job Summary:
We are hiring a Relationship Manager – Mortgages for a leading private sector bank in Chikkamagaluru. The role involves driving business for secured lending products such as Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP) through direct sourcing and channel management.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and source customers for Home Loan and LAP products through DSA connectors and self-sourcing.

Conduct financial analysis eligibility checks and understand customer needs to recommend appropriate mortgage solutions.

Develop strong relationships with local builders property consultants and referral networks.

Manage end-to-end documentation coordination with credit legal and operations for smooth processing of applications.

Ensure monthly disbursal targets and business growth from assigned geography.

Regular follow-up with customers for loan closure and service support.
Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales of mortgage-related products (Home Loans LAP etc.).

Must have good knowledge of Chikkamagaluru local market and geography.

Should be self-motivated target-driven with good communication and negotiation skills.

Graduation is a must; MBA preferred.
