Overview

Responsibilities
- Carrying out property inspections for residential and commercial projects
- Undertake residential lettings
- Organising small repairs including completion
- Inputting inspections and compliance
- Pre-tenancy checks on properties
- Following up with contractors and completed work
- General property administration
Qualifications
- Proven experience working within property
- ARLA qualified or willingness to learn
- Able to demonstrate the basic elements of property management
- Strong relationship skills
