Job Description

Malaria Consortium is recruiting for anExecutive & Governance Support Officerto joinour team in London UK.

We are seeking a proactive and highly organised individual to provide high-level executive support to our Chief Executive and Board of Trustees sub-committees. Working closely with our Senior Executive Assistant you will deliver secretariat activities for our Trustees ensuring high standards of governance smooth coordination and accurate documentation. You will also organise and support meetings of the Senior and Regional Management Teams as well as key stakeholder engagements led by the Chief Executive. In addition you will provide dedicated PA support to the Chief Executive and play an important role in supporting the organisation with grant management from a key donor. This is a varied and exciting opportunity to be at the heart of an organisation making a real difference in global health.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Bachelors degree in related field could include business international development or equivalent experience
  • INGO experience
  • Previous experience supporting a senior management role
  • Previous experience delivering governance activities
  • Experience and understanding of working in a diverse setting including across cultures especially Asia and Africa

To apply for this position you will need to have the rightto work in the UK for the duration of the Consortium are not in a position to sponsor a visa application.

We are currently hybrid working and ask staff to come into the office at least four times a month.
