Compliance & Reporting Officer

About the role:

Manage Drive and lead reporting and compliance component of a larger volume and a more diverse typology of New Supply Projects on a quarterly and yearly basis.

Key accountabilities

  • Manage reporting responsibilities with key stakeholders including Aboriginal Procurement Policy Infrastructure Skill and legacy Program (ISLP) for enhancement of Skills and Training in the Construction Industry (eg Apprenticeships and Traineeships/Learning workers)
  • Ensure mandatory compliance reporting (monthly quarterly) for ALL reportable projects across Delivery Division.
  • Identify and report noncompliance to various policies/legislations and provide advice to stakeholders to ensure future compliance
  • Build and maintains positive relationships with key stakeholders and contractors to facilitate effective contract and relationship management and provides direction support and feedback to facilitate the reporting tracking and monitoring of performance against the APP and the ISLP policy.
  • Develop and oversee Projects Continuous Improvement database for the identification management and resolution of lessons learnt as well as issues relating to Compliance Audit and Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Develop and implement an internal and external audit schedule that aligns with the governance framework in place.
  • Identify respond & manage reports on non-compliance. Manage external service providers to meet contracted compliance and performance within the governing framework.
  • Contribute to the development of compliance risk and performance management programs
  • Manage positive working relationships with project stakeholders business partners contractors external consultants and other Government Agencies to manage expectations report progress

Key challenges

  • Working with stakeholders through a cooperative approach to collect and capture procurement data that is up to date and accurate for analysis for patterns and trends to support compliance and improvements to systems and processes.
  • Undertaking consistent and transparent compliance activities within delegation and in accordance with established policies procedures and protocols given the high volume sensitive and regulatory nature of the work.
  • Ability to coordinate senior executives to ensure appropriate governance and reporting frameworks are established.
  • Ensuring effective mechanisms are established to support meaningful reporting being provided to key stakeholders. Responsibility to understand business requirements and guide the business through the correct processes and achieve outcomes that meet client objectives.
  • Maintaining technical and professional services expertise and follow the latest policies and always required practices.



Whats on offer

This contract is available for an initial term until 30th January 2026.

Located in Parramatta NSW
