Job Description

Position Summary

Gamma Mobility is seeking a Sales Officer responsible for generating leads following up on potential customers and ensuring seamless onboarding experience. This role requires strong communication persuasion and relationship-building skills to convert leads into active customers.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and acquire new customers through customer referrals field agents digital channels and ride-hailing platform partnerships.

  • Organize and participate in community outreach programs and marketing activations to boost customer acquisition.

  • Track and follow up on leads to ensure high conversion rates.

  • Guide potential customers through the onboarding process addressing inquiries and concerns.

  • Schedule and facilitate customer visits to Gamma Mobility Hubs for profiling and evaluation.

  • Maintain accurate records of lead engagement and conversion progress in CRM tools.

  • Ensure a seamless customer experience from the first interaction to onboarding.

  • Educate potential customers on Gamma Mobilitys leasing financing and vehicle options.

  • Monitor and report on acquisition channel performance identifying the most effective lead sources.

  • Provide insights on market trends customer behavior and acquisition challenges.

  • Support the continuous improvement of acquisition strategies through data-driven recommendations.



Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing Communications Economics or a related field.
  • Good understanding of business development customer acquisition strategies and sales processes.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in sales business development or customer acquisition roles preferably within the gig economy tech or mobility sectors.
  • Proven track record of acquiring new customers or business partnerships in a competitive market.
  • Experience with lead generation outreach strategies and pipeline management.
  • Ability to engage potential customers or partners and convert them into long-term relationships or clients.
