Job Description
Our client who is experiencing rapid growth with a coast-to-coast footprint seeks a Senior Accountant to join their dynamic finance team. With aggressive expansion underway your work will fuel its national growth trajectory.
Reporting to the Corporate Controller youll own full-cycle accounting for multi-location operations. Key responsibilities include executing month-end closes with branch allocations performing daily bank reconciliations balancing business unit location and warehouse books and managing PST/GST filings. Youll drive accuracy through journal entries account analysis and audit support while troubleshooting accounting challenges for field teams.
The ideal candidate brings proven full-cycle accounting experience and thrives in fast-paced environments. You have GST/PST expertise advanced Excel skills and a laser focus on accuracy amid competing deadlines. While a CPA pursuit is advantageous the client prioritizes critical thinkers who solve problems proactively. Your superpower Merging meticulous detail orientation with emotional intelligence collaborating with cross-functional teams to turn financial data into growth insights.
