About the role:
- Work closely with three Partners and advise sophisticated clients.
- Work on a mix of estate disputes estate planning and estate administration matters.
- Additionally there will be a level of exposure to NFP property tax and commercial aspects.
The ideal candidate:
- Mid-senior estates lawyer with an understanding of basic tax principles and some property expertise (advantageous)
- A law degree from an accredited Australian or New Zealand university underpinned by strong academic records.
- Up to date knowledge of tax laws & legislations.
- Excellent communication & drafting skills.
- Strong client service & relationship skills.
- Exceptional time management & organisational skills and ability to handle multiple matters
