Office Manager Administration
HR - on boarding & exit process/ recruitment/ leave balances/ employee engagement & Events/ documentation/ salaries
Admin - Office manager/ maintenance & up keep/ All compliances/ petty cash/ pantry/ House Keeping/ asset management & tagging/ Uniforms & merchandise/ ticketing/ travel arrangements/ all bills/ AMCs/ Property management/ Utilities
EA to the directors - Travel/ appointments/ calendars/ personal work/ utilities/ Greetings/ Property management/ Internal Meetings
Requirements :-
Excellent Communication Skills - Both Written and oral
Analytical Skills and ability to work under supervision.
Ability to prioritize effectively be flexible as needs change
Ability to work on own initiative
Experience in Given Role
Effective working knowledge of IT tools like MS Office (Word Excel Power point)
Clear thinking/ problem solving skills and ability to quickly grasp new ideas
Six days working
