Biology Mentor What the Role Involves
- Providing 1:1 and small-group Biology interventions for KS3KS4 students
- Supporting classroom teaching alongside qualified Science Teachers

- Working closely with SEN and pastoral teams to support pupil wellbeing
Biology Mentor What the School is Looking For
The ideal Biology Mentor will have a 2:1 or 1st Class Biology degree from a top 30 UK university along with prior child-centred experiencesuch as tutoring mentoring or working in a school or youth-based setting. Schools are looking for individuals who are confident motivated and eager to learn. Strong communication skills a collaborative mindset and a genuine passion for education are essential.

Biology Mentor Salary and Contract Info
- Academic Mentor roles: 450530 per week pro rata to term time only
- Contract: Full-time long-term (SeptemberJuly) term-time only
- Potential for future teacher training or extended contracts
