Curtain Wall Estimator Full-Time Office-Based
Location: Leicester Leicestershire
Employment Type: Full-Time Permanent
The Role
An opportunity has arisen for a Curtain Wall Estimator to join a busy and growing team. The successful
candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive estimates for curtain walling and
faade systems. You will work closely with internal teams across design commercial and project
delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Produce estimates based on architectural drawings schedules and tender documentation
Use estimating software (ideally LogiKal; KawneerPro or SchuCal experience also considered
cross-training available)
Liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders to gather cost and technical information
Assist in developing value-engineered solutions to meet client and project requirements
Support the transition of successful tenders into live projects
Requirements
Experience in the curtain walling or faade industry is essential
Proficiency with estimating software such as LogiKal KawneerPro or SchuCal
Familiarity with aluminium curtain walling systems including Kawneer Reynaers Metal
Technology and Seniors
Strong numerical analytical and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team and meet deadlines
Must live within a reasonable commuting distance to the office
