Job Summary

Were partnered with a well-established commercial drywall contractor seeking a skilled Estimator to join their team. This company isrecognized for its expertise inlarge-scale metal stud framing and drywall projects across thehealthcare education retail and office sectors.

Responsibilities:

Estimate commercial drywall metal stud framing insulation and acoustical scopes
Use OST and Quick Bid to prepare accurate bids
Collaborate with GCs PMs and internal teams on proposals
Attend pre-bid meetings and manage bid schedules

Requirements:

3 years of commercial estimating experience in drywall/framing
Proficiency in OST and Quick Bid
Strong organizational and communication skills
Experience with jobs $1M preferred
