Job Summary

Ourjob sites are located throughout HRM and surrounding areas working onresidential and commercial projects. As we grow you grow as there areopportunities for career growth and professional development within thecompany.
What we would likeyou to bring to the table:
Ablilty to readand interpret building specifications blueprints and as-builts.
Mathematical andanalytical skills necessary to produce estimates on labour equipment andmaterial.
Thoroughunderstanding of scope of work and what to include/exclude in bid.
Assisting theProject Managers or Estimators with estimates and change order management.
Create projectschedules and scopes of work after estimation.
Excellent timemanagement with the ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects andrequirements in order to meet deadlines.
Detail orientedaccurate and precise.
Active listenerwith effective verbal and written communication skills.
Attend projectmeetings or site walkthroughs.
Helping toresolve technical issues as they relate to the projects.
Generaladministrative tasks.
Other duties asassigned by The Company.
Qualifications:
Experience with constructionestimating one (1) year preferred.
Great attitudeand the ability to communicate clearly and collaboratively with clients andcolleagues.
Working knowledgeof construction documents drawings specifications.
A valid driverslicense.
