PERMANENT PART TIME JOB POSTING

Classification: Food Services Worker Department: DIETARY

Status: Permanent Part Time Pay Grade: As per CUPE/SAHO contract

Position Description: Under the direction of the Cook/Working Supervisor assists with production and distribution of food and beverages to residents/patients/clients staff and family and provides and maintains a clean and safe working and prepare food serve clean sanitize and disinfect work areas and equipment. The employee will wash dishes pots and pans manually or by machine dispose of soiled linen and remove garbage. The employee may provide orientation to others. The employee will verify supply orders received and priorize work so as to perform all duties in a safe and efficient manner in compliance with standards and regulations.

Qualifications: Grade X education Food Safe Handling Certificate

Anticipated Start Date: August 1 2025

Closing Date for Applications: July 7 2025

FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES:

Shifts 3.5 hours 70.00 hours in a 6 week rotation.

Hours of work may include days evenings and weekends and statutory holidays.
