About the Role
We are looking to hire a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. As our SDR youll be the first point of contact with potential customers responsible for generating interest qualifying leads and booking meetings for our sales team.
Whether you have payroll sales experience or are new to the industry well provide full training. If youre ambitious driven and eager to grow in SaaS sales this is your opportunity.
What Youll Do
- Prospect and qualify leads through cold calls emails LinkedIn outreach and events.
- Book product demos and sales meetings for the Co-Founder of Symply.
- Identify business challenges and align them with Symplys solutions. accurate records of interactions and leads within a Customer Relationship Management system.
- Report to VP of Customer Operations with weekly monthly and quarterly results.
What Were Looking For
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Motivated competitive and eager to learn.
- Organized and able to handle multiple prospects at once.
- Resilient and able to handle objections with confidence.
- Sales or customer service background is a plus but not required. Payroll experience is also a plus but we will train the right person.
Compensation
- Base Pay: $55000 - $70000 annually
- Uncapped commission and career growth opportunities
