Due to a significant increase in customer volume ourService Department is growing and were seeking two additional Automotive Service Consultants!

No prior automotive experience No problem!

Weve successfully trained professionals from hospitality (restaurants bars hotels or retail) for this role. If you bring a positive attitude strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help people well provide the training you need to thrive! What Youll Do:

As a Service Consultant youll:

  • Greet customers with a warm professional attitude and check them in for service appointments.
  • Discuss and confirm requested services providing clear and helpful communication.
  • Monitor vehicle progress follow up with updates and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with a full team of qualified technicians who support you in delivering excellent service.
