This HVAC Sales Executive will work closely with the Business Development team Outside Sales team and End Users to identify opportunities develop relationships and close deals. They will play a crucial role in driving sales and expanding the companies market presence.
This is a DIRECT HIRE position for well qualified candidates for my client. This position is in office and requires quarterly travel in California.
Pay Range is $70000.00 - $170000.00 base pay and commission package
Duties:
- Collaborate with the Business Development and Outside Sales teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Develop and maintain relationships with Engineers Contractors End Users and other key stakeholders
- Conduct site visits and assessments to understand client needs and provide tailored HVAC solutions
- Prepare and present proposals quotes and contracts to potential clients
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in HVAC sales with a strong understanding of airside systems
- Proficiency in CRM software like Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite
