Job Description
A Presales Engineer play a crucial role in supporting the sales team by providing technical expertise preparing proposals and ensuring that client requirements align with the companys offerings.
Work closely with the sales team to understand client needs and provide technical solutions.
Assist in product presentations demonstrations and client meetings.
Recommend suitable construction materials techniques and innovations for technical proposals quotations and bid documents.
Ensure compliance with project specifications industry standards and regulations.
Support tendering teams in preparing RFQs (Request for Quotations) and RFPs (Request for Proposals).Identify potential clients projects and business opportunities in the construction sector.
Research market trends competitor activities and upcoming tenders.
Develop strategies to approach and convert leads into clients. Conduct site visits technical discussions and feasibility studies.
Address client queries related to technical aspects of the project.
Provide post-sales technical support to ensure smooth project execution. Build and maintain relationships with contractors consultants and developers.
Conduct client meetings presentations and networking events.
Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.
