Job title: Client Account Handler
Salary: 20000 DOE

PURPOSE OF ROLE
We are working with a well-established business seeking a motivated individual to join their team as a Trainee / Client Account Handler. In this role you will manage insurance renewals prepare quotes and provide administrative support while delivering excellent client service. This is an ideal opportunity for a school leaver graduate or someone looking to start their career in the insurance industry.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle insurance renewals for a niche client base
- Respond to client correspondence and provide accurate quotes
- Answer incoming phone calls and manage general enquiries
- Support internal staff with administrative tasks
- Maintain and update client records
- Build and sustain strong client relationships
DAY-TO-DAY
- Communicating with clients via phone and email
- Preparing and issuing insurance quotations
- Supporting colleagues with general administrative duties
- Updating and maintaining CRM and client information systems
- Contributing to a supportive and client-focused team environment
EXPERIENCE
- GCSEs including Maths and English at grade A-C (or equivalent)
- Ideally educated to A-Level standard
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated organisational skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (Word Excel Outlook)
- Insurance experience is beneficial but not essential a proactive attitude and willingness to learn are key
