Lead Product Manager Shape the Future of Smart Mobility & Logistics
Location: Sydney Australia (Remote/Hybrid)

The Role:
As Lead Product Manager youll drive our product engine-owning the end-to-end flow from discovery to delivery. Youll ensure a predictable roadmap manage product risks and align stakeholders to ship high-impact software for transit government and logistics customers. With potential to grow into Head of Product this role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution.
Youll Own:
Roadmap Execution: Ensure 80% of prioritized initiatives are delivered within the 4-week planning cycle.
Discovery Pipeline: Maintain a backlog of 6 validated well-framed challenges ready for shaping.
Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate 80% of product risks (Value Viability Usability Feasibility) prior to development.
Stakeholder Alignment: Drive consensus among executives and cross-functional teams achieving 8/10 alignment on strategic priorities.
Team Leadership: Mentor and develop Product Managers while cultivating a high-performance culture (team eNPS 40).
Were Looking For:
Demonstrated impact in high-growth environments with measurable contributions to ARR and customer retention.
Technical proficiency preferably with a background in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent hands-on experience.
Mastery of product frameworks including RICE prioritization Cost-of-Delay analysis and Agile product development methodologies.
Industry passion experience or strong interest in sustainability mobility or IoT solutions is highly desirable.
