Job Summary:
The Site Manager is responsible for overseeing all activities on a construction site. This includes ensuring the project is completed on time within budget and to a high standard. The role involves managing work schedules supervising site workers and handling health and safety logistics and construction-related challenges.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day site operations to ensure successful project completion within timeline budget and quality standards.
- Monitor the Master Schedule in coordination with the Project Management Team and address any delays proactively.
- Organize site facilities logistics and material requisitions ensuring timely delivery and suitability of equipment.
- Enforce high standards for workmanship and materials ensuring compliance with specifications safety and quality regulations.
- Review and verify worker and subcontractor payment reports and resolve operational issues efficiently escalating complex matters when needed.
Main Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management Civil Engineering Architecture or a related field.
- 5-8 years of progressive experience in construction site management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
- Familiar with CAD software (e.g. AutoCAD Revit) for reviewing drawings.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods and the ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings.
- Excellent leadership team management and problem-solving skills.
