1. Scope of Work:
Site Manager ensures things get done on a construction site. They make sure that the building work is finished on time within budget and to a high standard. They organize schedules of work manage workers and deal with issues such as health and safety logistics and the effects of the building.
2. Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage all site operations to ensure projects complete successfully meeting time budget quality and scope. This includes proactive delay management and maintaining the Master Schedule with the Project Management Team.
- Efficiently organize site facilities logistics and material requisitions ensuring equipment suitability and timely deliveries align with construction schedules.
- Enforce high standards for workmanship and materials ensuring strict compliance with specifications regulations and all health & safety and quality standards.
- Review payment reports for workers and subcontractors for accuracy and proactively resolve operational issues on site escalating complex problems with solutions.
3. Qualification & Requirement:
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management Civil Engineering Architecture or a related field
- 5-8 years of progressive experience in construction site management
- Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook)
- Familiarity with CAD software (e.g. AutoCAD Revit) for drawing review.
- Excellent knowledge of building methods construction techniques and the ability to interpret complex architectural and engineering drawings.
- Proven leadership team building and motivational skills to inspire and guide your team.
4. Working Days and Hours:
- Monday to Saturday: 7:00am to 11:00am & 1:00pm to 5:00pm
- Lunch time: 11:00am to 1:00pm
5. Workplace:
- Site Manager is based in Site/Branch of the department of construction.
6. Relationship:
- Site Manager works under supervision & report directly to deputy construction director.
