Description:
Are you an experienced construction leader ready to take charge of impactful water and municipal projects
Were seeking a Construction Superintendent with 10 years of verifiable supervisory experience in commercial/industrial construction preferably in water treatment pools or municipal infrastructure. Youll be the hands-on leader directing crews managing schedules and ensuring projects run smoothly from start to finish.
Your Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and train on-site crews assigning tasks and optimizing workflow
- Maintain daily logs SWPPP compliance and material inventory tracking
- Coordinate tradespeople subcontractors and engineers to prevent delays
- Work closely with project managers and architects to align execution with plans
- Develop work schedules to avoid conflicts and keep projects on track
- (Bonus) Certified crane operation or willingness to obtain certification
What You Bring
- 10 years in construction supervision (water/pool/municipal projects preferred)
- Strong leadership skills with a hands-on problem-solving approach
- Ability to read blueprints and manage multiple trades
- Valid drivers license and willingness to travel between job sites
