Job Description
Field Supervisor Various Locations Nationwide (Travel Required) 12 Months
Are you ready to take charge of critical electrical infrastructure projects across the United States As a Field Supervisor youll be the on-site leader ensuring safety quality and compliance while working with cutting-edge electrical systems. Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with OSHA electrical and construction standards
- Supervise third-party vendors and contractors daily
- Monitor and promote on-site safety protocols
- Create detailed daily logs and progress documentation
- Manage electrical component installations including cable work conduit installation and underground locates
- Implement Lockout Tagout (LOTO) procedures
- Travel to project sites nationwide with 4-6 month assignments
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Construction experience particularly electrical installations
- Knowledge of Lockout Tagout (LOTO) procedures
- Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Military experience (Navy electricians/engineers) preferred
- Willingness to travel and work Monday-Friday 7 AM-4 PM schedule
