We can provide entitlement development design procurement construction management project management expert witness and litigation support services on a variety of building types. This is a full-time position with Los Angeles Unified School District. The ideal candidate for the Site Assessment Project Manager role is an experienced environmental professional with at least seven years of full-time experience managing site investigations and remediation projects under the oversight of agencies such as the Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC) RWQCB or SCAQMD. They have a strong understanding of environmental regulations remedial strategies and technical protocols related to soil evaluations risk assessments removal action plans and hazardous material mitigation. This candidate is highly skilled in managing contracts budgets and schedules for environmental site assessments and remediation projects and is capable of providing expert guidance to internal departments on compliance and project coordination. A bachelors degree in geology engineering or a related field is required and professional registration in California (e.g. as a Certified Hydrogeologist Professional Engineer or Professional Geologist) is strongly preferred.
