Profile - Quality Control Engineer
Qualification - - mech.
Salary - Upto - 3 LPA
Experience - Min. 4 yrs in automotive parts like : CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) Vernier calipers Micrometers and Surface Roughness Testers.
Working Hour - 12
Location - Rajkot Guj.
Job Description
Conduct inspections of raw materials in-process components and finished products.
Perform dimensional checks material testing and performance evaluations.
Use measurement tools like CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) Vernier calipers Micrometers and Surface Roughness Testers.
Carry out PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) and FAI (First Article Inspection) for new and analyze manufacturing processes to identify quality issues and defects.
Implement SPC (Statistical Process Control) to track process variations.
Work with production teams to resolve non-conformities and ensure corrective root causes of defects using 5 Whys Fishbone Diagram (Ishikawa) and FMEA (Failure Mode & Effects Analysis).
Develop corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to avoid recurrence.
Ensure proper documentation and reporting of defects. Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 IATF 16949 and customer-specific requirements.
Maintain and update control plans work instructions and inspection reports.
Conduct internal audits and assist in third-party audits.
