Manage and organize all company documents both digital and hard copies.
Keep records updated accurate and easy to find when needed.
Control document versions and make sure only the latest copies are used.
Support audits by preparing and providing required documents.
Ensure documents follow company and ISO standards.
Work with different departments to collect review and update documents.
Manage document databases or systems like SharePoint or ERP.
Help improve document control procedures and maintain good filing practices.
Requirements:
SPM Diploma or degree in business administration quality management or similar field.
12 years of experience in document control or admin work is preferred but fresh graduates are welcome.
Detail-oriented well-organized and responsible.
Good at Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook).
Able to communicate in Malay English and Chinese.
Preferably Malaysian Chinese.
