These individuals analyse client needs implement software solutions and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of business applications enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives.Job Description & Summary:- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile initiatives across large-scale programs and portfolios within a multi-vendor ecosystem. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset deep domain expertise in Asset Management Wealth Management and Payments and a proven track record of driving Agile transformations.
Responsibilities:
Agile Leadership: Lead Agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to Scrum and SAFe frameworks. Drive Agile best practices across teams and stakeholders. Program & Portfolio Management: Manage large-scale programs and portfolios ensuring alignment with business goals and seamless coordination across vendors. Project Planning & Execution: Develop detailed project plans including scope timelines resources and budgets. Define clear objectives and deliverables. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with CXO-level stakeholders prepare detailed performance reports and contribute to strategic investment decisions. Agile Transformation: Design and implement Agile Transformation roadmaps. Facilitate Agile Center of Excellence (CoE) initiatives. Change Management: Support organizational change initiatives to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of new IT systems. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation including project plans status reports and post-implementation reviews.
Mandatory skill sets:
Domain Expertise: MUST have Hands-on experience in Asset Management Wealth Management and Payments domains related to BFSI sector. Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of IT systems infrastructure and SDLC. Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies. Consulting Mindset: Strategic thinker with strong consulting skills and the ability to influence and drive change. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to think outside the box and present ideas effectively. Leadership: Proven leadership qualities with the ability to inspire teams and foster collaboration.
Preferred skill sets:
4 years working as a Scrum Master transitioning teams from Waterfall to Agile SDLC managing complex programs in a multi-vendor setup.
