As a team working on many internal projects of Bosch our team is expanding driven by the idea to provide our customers with the very best service.
We are organizing a new standing team and we are looking for an experienced Scrum Master for it.
The team will consist of Product Owner Scrum Master QA and 5 Backend Developers
The current topic is related to a platform for enabling end users to access charging points operated both by Bosch and external companies in an unified way
Your contribution to something big:
- You act as a Scrum Master for a very new Standing Team within Project Delivery and observe what is the need of the team
- You will take over the role as scrum master agile mentor and facilitator for our team including the agile ceremonies. Agile is a living standard for you and you love to transfer your knowledge of agile values and principles to the team
- You will support and motivate our Standing Team. As part of a steering team of a development group you help to develop the team understand the needs of every team member and empower the team on the way to self-organization
- You will take over the responsibility as innovator and change agent with the mindset of a servant leader. It is your passion to increase the maturity of the team. You are a driver of continuous improvement
- You will have the opportunity to participate in our Bosch IO Agile Community of Practice (Agile CoP) to exchange ideas with your colleagues and contribute to the development of the whole company.

- Experience and Knowledge: Experience in Agile (Scrum Kanban) Communication and Team development methods
- Enthusiasm: Motivator to keep up the momentum. Bring passion and stamina for agile topics
- Languages: very good English skills
