Job Overview
Job Position: Website Consultant
Experience: 1 to 3 years
Salary: Hike on last drawn
Shift Timing: Morning 7.00 am to 4.00 pm / Night - 8.00 am to 05.00 pm / 09.00 am to 06.00 pm
Work Mode: Work from Office

Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent in English Communication skills
- At least 6 months experience in website selling process

Roles and Responsibilities
- Coordinate with B2B clients to gather requirements and deliver tailored web solutions aligned with their business goals.
- Generate leads by identifying potential business opportunities and promoting our web development services.
- Facilitate the B2B process by effectively engaging with businesses to drive transactions and partnerships.
- Engage in website selling activities presenting our web solutions as optimal choices for client needs.
- Work collaboratively with the development and design teams to ensure project delivery meets quality standards.
- Adapt to night shifts and potentially morning shifts ensuring consistent availability for client interactions.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with peers and clients ensuring transparency in project status and progress.
- Identify and address client queries and challenges providing solutions that enhance client satisfaction and project success.
