Position Details
Full-time hybrid role (up to 2 days WFH) near Park Road Station
MondayFriday hours; supportive team environment with training and bonus incentives
What Were Looking For
Experience recruiting for aged residential or community care settings (highly regarded but not essential)
Proven ability to recruit and onboard compliant quality staff quickly
Positive proactive approach and resilience in a fast-paced environment
Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team
Background in high-volume recruitment commercial call centre sales or similar settings
