Background
To teach and advise undergraduate postgraduate or CPD students within own subject area and within an established teaching programme managed supervised by member of staff with ultimate responsibility for the design delivery and assessment of the teaching programme.
The Department of Social Work and Social Care has a long-established tradition and national and international reputation for its excellence in teaching and research. Role Summary
We are seeking to recruit two enthusiastic thoughtful and collaborativeindividuals to join us in this endeavour by teaching assessing and supporting our undergraduate postgraduate students working on our qualifying BA MA and Step-Up to Social Work programmes in addition to making a contribution to our CPD is desirable that applicants are registered with Social Work England as a qualified social worker or an equivalent international body.
The successful candidates will be expected to develop an exciting innovative and research informed curriculum delivering high quality teaching across a range of social work subjects. You will have excellent organisational and communication skills and will be expected to contribute to course management and academic administrative duties. You will have a strong commitment to continuing professional development and to inter-professional and international social work perspectives.
