Job Description
We are currently seeking an Analyst ll to join our Restructuring team in London.
The Kroll business Restructuring practices aim is to provide effective solutions to its clients. Our clients include major high street banks asset-based lenders private equity houses accountants solicitors financial sponsors lenders creditors corporates and individuals. We are tasked with assuming direct responsibility for a portfolio of cases principally Administrations Liquidations and CVAs as well as offering advice and guidance to organizations in distressed situations across virtually every industry and every situation.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- UseIPS case management system for all casesreact to diary prompts as appropriate and deal with daily banking issues
- Visit clients premises/offices and liaise with clients employees agents and solicitors as necessary
- Build and maintain relationships with other professionals
- Draft non-standard correspondence and statutory/bank reports
- Deal with all aspects of case administration in formal insolvency matters including CVA CVL MVL Administration LPA and Administrative Receivership
- Drafting of information memoranda liaising with interested parties in respect of sale of business and/or assets
- Photocopying and filing as required
REQUIREMENTS:
- Relevant degree achieving 2:1 or equivalent
- Ability to develop and drive relationships with individuals from all industries
- Driven innovative selfstarter that can work collaboratively and solve problems
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- PowerPoint Excel Word
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills that help represent diverse communities
