Salary Starts at 25715 rises to 27025 after 12 months and to 27955 after 24 months (pro rata)
The role is based in Sheffield and is a 24/7 service and will involve waking night shifts weekends and bank holidays as part of a rota system.
Our teams deliver high quality support to individuals who have a learning disability and /or autism. The support will be provided in our accommodation as well as in the community and other appropriate settings.
You will work as part of a small team and be responsible for completing risk assessments support plans and other paperwork. You will play an instrumental part in empowering individuals to live more independently co-ordinating support with other key agencies attending multi-disciplinary meetings.
The support will include but not be limited to assisting with daily living skills including shopping attending appointments accessing community resources health care and accessing and dealing with benefits to maintain a safe and comfortable living environment.
