Ormeggio at The Spit is a Two Hat restaurant located at the beautiful dAlbora Marinas in Mosman overlooking Middle Harbour and Pearl Bay. Celebrated for its Contemporary Italian cuisine award-winning wine list and outstanding hospitality Ormeggio has been a hatted restaurant since 2009 and currently ranks #44 in Gourmet Travellers Top 100 Restaurants.
We are now seeking Front of House Professionals to join our passionate and dynamic team.

About You:
Permanent residency or unrestricted working rights in Australia
Current NSW RSA
Excellent spoken English and communication skills
A minimum of 3 years experience in fine dining or hatted restaurants
Calm under pressure and thrives in a fast-paced environment
Passionate about food wine and delivering exceptional guest experiences
