Cordia Resources by Cherry Bekaert is partnered with a leading solutions provider who is seeking a HR Coordinator to join their team on a 2-3 month contract this role you will provide crucial administrative support to our HR department ensuring efficient and effective operations. Location:Ashburn VA
Contract Duration:2-3 months
Hourly Rate:$35.00 - $40.00/hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.
- Maintain and update employee records and databases.
- Support the recruitment process including coordinating interviews and managing candidate communications.
- Help with onboarding and orientation for new hires.
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide assistance as needed.
- Facilitate communication and coordination within the HR department.
- Assist with organizing HR events and meetings.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in HR administration or coordination is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
