What You Will Be Doing:
The Support Services Division is the cornerstone of DNR with the Administrative Officer 2 playing a crucial role in delivering consistent high-quality service to both internal and external customers. This position is responsible for managing and performing budget projections for SSD components tracking and reviewing all departmental restriction waivers (including hiring travel and purchases) for accuracy and completeness and liaising with multiple sections of the Governors Office. Additionally this role supports the DNR Admin Chiefs group by ensuring that timely and accurate guidance and training are accessible to more than 50 members across various platforms including Teams and the intranet. The Administrative Officer 2 also ensures that adequate resources and support are available in Juneau for the DNR Commissioners Office staff and the Administrative Services Director during the legislative session. Supplemental Questions
For your application to be evaluated you must answer the Supplemental Questions.
