Job Description

Budget/Cost/Inventory

Execute and maintain annual maintenance plan within sanction budget.

Minimize the cost of maintenance project and optimize the instrument life cycle.

Discuss and assist for purchase of building materials spares and prepare the maintenance cost regularly.

Vendor Development

Explore availability of competent vendor having the high skill for safety compliance good workmanship in jobs.

Act for advance Tools & Tackles Spares and other infrastructure availability for efficient maintenance using latest methodology.

Resource Development and management:(Manpower)

  1. Technical
  2. Behavioral
  3. Manpower planning

Plan optimum resource requirement and budget for maintenance material and contracts.

Ensure performance at regular interval of time and take appropriate action for improvement.

Developing individual and group skills to enhance team performance.

Ensure Preparation of area wise manpower requirement & its plan for optimum utilization.

Developing PAPs for upgrading skill knowledge and attitude by functional and behavioral training

Implement reward and recognition system.

Statutory Requirement

Comply safety environment pollution & regulatory norms and complies with energy conservation norms.

Plan and monitor Subcommittee activities for safety compliance.

Work for Promoting best practices in safety hygiene and Environmental.

Monitor review and plan for improvements and ensuring zero harm.

Construction Management

  • Prepare cost estimates responsibility assignments for each project deliverables.
  • Review drawings technical documents and finalization of BOQ.
  • Implement statutory compliance as required as per building norms wherever required and getting it approved and implemented at site.
  • Explore competent vendors & contractors and selection of right type of vendors & contractors for specific job.
  • Regular follow-up for adequate resource mobilization and review of site execution manpower equipments & materials. Develop Effective team and system for follow up with vendors to get the delivery in time.

Time Management

  • Identifying the specific activities that must be performed to produce the various project deliverables.
  • Identifying and documenting interactivity dependencies.
  • Estimating the number of work periods that will be needed to complete individual activities.

Quality and Cost Management

  • Identifying quality standards which are relevant to the project and determining how to satisfy them.
  • Evaluating overall project performance on a regular basis to provide confidence that the project will satisfy the relevant quality standards.

People Management

  • To identify proper job training for development of subordinate and effectiveness at workplace.
  • To assist continuous up gradation of knowledge and skill of self and sub-ordinate.

Safety Compliance

  • Development and implementation of safety procedure. Ensure that all the jobs executed as per safety policy and standard.
  • Frame Safety compliance in the Unit and lead team of Work at height and structural stability
